Born and raised in Arizona, Carol grew up in the heart of Scottsdale. Carol has a great love of science, and has spent over 30 years in the healthcare industry with most of it in Cardiology but also in Management. Kathy landed in Tempe, AZ after her father retired from a 20 year career in the Air Force.  A sports fanatic, she played golf at McClintock High School in Tempe and was awarded a two year golf scholarship to Mesa Community College.  Kathy went on to graduate from Arizona State University with a BS degree dual major in Psychology/Business Management.  Her professional career lead her to a Certified Paralegal designation from UCLA.  She held various paralegal positions but it was her projects with real estate development companies that fulfilled her personal and professional goals.  She honed her real estate skills by working on projects that included purchasing raw/farm property, creating/managing development companies, to eventually selling properties to home builders, commercial real estate developers, and parcel dedication to municipalities.

Kathy has personally bought and sold five properties in California and Arizona.  Her love of real estate has brought her out from behind the desk to working one on one with her clients.

Kathy believes in giving back to her community.  She was a dedicated Hamilton High School booster member for 4 years, closing out as a Vice President of the board.  As Editor and chief fundraiser of the Football Program for 2 years, she raised thousands of dollars for the national recognized 5A Varsity Championship football team.

Personal time is spent desert riding ATV’s in Kingman with her husband Kent, and sons, Dillon & Dallas and extended family.

Kathy likes a challenge – no task left undone.  She will research all options and determine the best strategy.  When not working with clients, she is keeping abreast of housing options and trends for her clients, including new builds.

Cindy Basel draws from her background in the arts, retail, and visual merchandising to color her clients’ lives with creativity. She worked for ALF Uno Spa in customer service, and this experience ignited her passion for home furnishings. Sommer Bellender, Interior Designer
Sommer is a born entrepreneur. Growing up, Sommer created dream homes for her dolls from shoe boxes and her Mom’s fabric scraps. She has always had an eye for clean lines and organized decor. She owned her own clothing store and insurance business in Colorado before moving to Arizona in 2009 to pursue her true passion. Design. She graduated in 2003 with a degree in Interior Design. You can depend upon Sommer to transform your space and have a positive impact on not only your home, but your life.

Brittany has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. As a little girl, she loved to sew and make new things out of recycled materials.
