Former police chief running for council
During his 14 years as the city's police chief, Robert Huddleston spent a lot of time attending Casa Grande City Council meetings. Every decision city leaders make regarding the Police Department, he'd be present to offer information and report on the outcome for his staff. It’s somewhat rare for a police officer to spend more than 25 years in law enforcement, especially in the same department. Casa Grande Police Chief Robert Huddleston Jr. is completing 33 years with the same department.
